What Youll Do

  • Research and validate client prospects, including contact details

  • Post action items in client Slack channels after meetings

What Were Looking For

  • Able to spot patterns and move fast with good judgment

  • Works well with a team

Profile

We want someone smart, curious, and adaptable. Someone who learns fast, takes initiative, and gets things done without waiting to be told twice.
Think of this role as a hybrid between a marketing assistant and a technical operator. You will support podcast growth, Marketing outreach, and client execution. Each day, you will have a standup to discuss deliverables and blockers. Working hours would be from 9-2 EST, with potential for full-time.

This is a remote position.
