Podcast Host

Location: Spring, Texas (Houston Metro Area)
Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Summary

The Daily Grace Co. is seeking a full-time Podcast Host to lead the voice, execution, and growth of our podcast and video content platforms. This individual will serve as an on-air host for podcast episodes, contribute regularly to our YouTube channel, and manage the administrative and operational responsibilities required to produce excellent content consistently.

This role is ideal for someone who loves theology, communication, storytelling, and discipleship. The right candidate is both skilled behind a microphone and highly organized behind the scenes. They enjoy meaningful conversations about Scripture and Christian living, are strategic in their execution, can engage audiences with warmth and clarity, and possess the project management skills necessary to keep content production moving efficiently.

You are passionate about helping women know and love God's Word and excited to create content that teaches the beauty of Jesus and the truth of Scripture while expanding the reach of The Daily Grace Co.'s mission.



Key Responsibilities

Podcast Hosting and Content Creation

  • Serve as the primary host or co-host for The Daily Grace Co. podcast.
  • Create a podcast strategy that will drive growth of the podcast and brand awareness.
  • Facilitate engaging, biblically grounded conversations with guests, authors, theologians, and ministry leaders.
  • Research episode topics and prepare interview outlines and discussion guides.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to align podcast content with company initiatives, product launches, and business goals.
  • Contribute regularly as an on-camera personality for YouTube videos and related digital content.
  • Participate in content brainstorming, series development, and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Represent The Daily Grace Co. brand with theological accuracy, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Own the growth and success of the Daily Grace Podcast.

Podcast Administration

  • Own the podcast production calendar and publishing schedule.
  • Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, contracts, and communication.
  • Manage recording logistics and ensure all assets are collected and organized.
  • Write episode titles, descriptions, show notes, and supporting content.
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, and marketing team members to ensure timely publication.
  • Track project timelines and maintain production workflows.
  • Monitor listener feedback, reviews, and community engagement opportunities.

Audience Growth and Performance

  • Analyze podcast and YouTube performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, subscribers, and downloads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and content distribution.
  • Assist with email, social media, and partnership initiatives that support content growth.
  • Stay informed on podcasting, YouTube, and digital media best practices.
  • Understand how AI integrates into your role in line with industry standards.



Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; studies in theology, Bible, communications, journalism, media, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in podcasting, content creation, media production, communications, or related work.
  • Experience hosting interviews, speaking publicly, teaching, or creating video/audio content required.
  • Familiarity with YouTube content creation and audience-building strategies preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Scripture and Christian theology.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interviewing skills.
  • Strong writing and content and copyediting abilities.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
