Elite Podcast Studio | Odessa, Florida (Tampa Bay)

Job Type: Paid Internship, Part-Time

Work Location: On-site

Pay: $15.00 per hour

College Credit: Eligible, subject to school requirements

Term: Starts immediately


About the Internship

Elite Podcast Studio is seeking a Content Creator Intern interested in gaining hands-on experience in video production, podcasting, social media content, artificial intelligence tools, and digital media.

This is a paid, in-person internship at our professional studio in Odessa, Florida. Interns will work alongside our production team and gain practical experience supporting content projects for entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and brands.

The program is designed to provide structured training, mentorship, portfolio-building opportunities, and real-world media production experience.

Elite Podcast Studio is Tampa Bay’s premier podcast studio and full-service video production facility, built for entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and brands who take their content seriously.

Our facility supports podcast production, short-form content, video production, executive personal branding, interviews, educational content, corporate media, and other professional content projects.

What You Will Learn and Do

Under the guidance and mentorship of the Elite Podcast Studio team, interns may:

  • Shoot video and photo content for social media and digital platforms
  • Assist with podcast and video production in live recording environments
  • Support studio setup, cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Participate in content planning and strategy sessions
  • Assist with editing and preparing content for digital platforms
  • Use AI tools for content ideation, research, scripting, editing, and repurposing
  • Help create short-form, mid-form, and long-form video content
  • Gain experience working in a professional, client-facing production environment
  • Learn professional studio workflows and production standards
  • Develop portfolio pieces from approved internship projects
  • Receive mentorship related to content creation, media production, AI tools, and professional development


AI & Media Production Training

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how content is researched, created, edited, distributed, and repurposed.

AI is an important part of our workflow at Elite Podcast Studio, and interns will receive hands-on exposure to AI-assisted tools and processes for:

  • Content research and ideation
  • Script development
  • Content repurposing
  • Editing workflows
  • Social media content development
  • Audience and content strategy
  • Production efficiency

No advanced AI experience is required.

We are looking for candidates who are curious about AI and interested in learning how these tools can be used responsibly and effectively in professional media production.


Who We Are Looking For

You do not need to be an experienced content creator or media professional to apply. This internship is designed to provide hands-on training and professional development.

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Interested in content creation, video production, podcasting, social media, marketing, communications, or AI
  • Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled internship hours
  • Comfortable learning in a professional, client-facing environment
  • Willing to receive feedback and apply direction
  • Interested in learning cameras, lighting, audio, editing, and production workflows
  • Interested in developing practical experience with AI tools
  • Comfortable collaborating with other team members
  • Able to communicate professionally with clients, guests, and colleagues
  • Motivated to develop practical skills and build a professional portfolio

Previous professional production experience is not required. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the studio for their scheduled internship hours.

The internship begins immediately

Scheduling is part-time and can be coordinated around college classes and other academic commitments.


Compensation

This is a paid internship at $15.00 per hour.

Interns will be paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour requirements. There are no fees or payments required to apply for or participate in the internship.


College Credit

This internship may also be eligible for college or university credit.

Elite Podcast Studio will work with participating students and their schools to complete reasonable internship documentation and requirements when applicable.

College enrollment is not required unless necessary for the candidate’s individual college-credit arrangement.
