Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented ServiceNow Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software initiatives focused on ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. This role is pivotal in driving project success through strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and meticulous execution. As a key leader within our organization, you will oversee project lifecycle management, ensuring timely delivery aligned with organizational goals and IT governance standards. Your expertise will empower teams to leverage cloud computing solutions effectively, optimize IT infrastructure, and enhance service delivery across departments.
Responsibilities:
• Manage project scope and schedule for ServiceNow client engagements. Plan schedule and resource allocation to meet deliverables, manage risks, and control budget.
• Responsible for project status including performance metrics, product quality, and schedule milestones.
• Build and nurture an effective and collaborative ServiceNow project team.
• Stakeholder and Issue Management-explain difficult concepts (e.g., ServiceNow architecture, licensing impacts, platform capabilities) and anticipate ramifications of project decisions.
• Prepare fit-for-purpose Project Management Plans and key supporting components (Quality, Configuration, Testing, Change Management, Communication, and Training).
• Oversee ServiceNow release management and platform change management processes in alignment with client governance models.
• Support SOW development and RFP responses specific to ServiceNow offerings.
• Coordinate dependencies between ServiceNow projects and broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project and resource financials aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead strategic planning, benefit realization management, and roadmap development for ServiceNow initiatives.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience developing Project Charters and Project Plans
• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations across PSDS, Asset Management, IRM, Audit Management, CMDB, or custom applications
• Self-starter and quick learner with lots of initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail, and strong customer-facing skills
• CAPM or PMP preferred
Deliverables:
• Create project charters
• Manage sprint tasks to ensure completion on time.
• Conduct daily scrums.
• Schedule weekly meetings with the product owner and stakeholders.
