In this role, you'll support one of our clients by partnering with cross-functional teams to transform ambitious ideas into successful products, keeping complex initiatives on track while navigating the fast pace and evolving priorities of a startup environment. You'll serve as the bridge between stakeholders, engineering, and product, ensuring work stays aligned, obstacles are removed, and momentum never slows. What you'll do:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web application projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product designers, QA, executives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, key milestones, risks, and project outcomes to stakeholders and management.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements.

What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ yrs experience managing technical projects for external clients, preferably in a start-up or technology-driven environment
  • Experience managing web platform configuration, customization, and administration
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
  • Familiarity/experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Jira is a bonus
