About Chronos

Chronos partners with veterinary hospitals across the country to provide remote veterinary support services. Our mission is to improve the client experience while helping hospitals operate more efficiently through exceptional communication and administrative support.

We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys building relationships with clients while supporting busy veterinary teams.

Position Overview

As a Remote Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist, you'll become an extension of our clients' hospitals by providing exceptional customer service from your home office.

This is a part-time position with schedules that vary based on client needs. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple U.S. time zones. (Example: an employee living in New York may support a California hospital.)

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Make outbound calls for:
    • Appointment confirmations
    • Client callbacks
    • Scheduling follow-ups
  • Collect appointment deposits and process remote payments when applicable.
  • Document client interactions in each hospital's practice management software.
  • Navigate multiple veterinary practice management systems (PIMS).
  • Follow each hospital's protocols while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking ForRequired
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Spanish fluency will be assessed during the interview process.
  • Minimum 3 years of veterinary receptionist experience in a general practice veterinary hospital.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working with hospitals in different U.S. time zones.
  • Quiet, professional home office with reliable internet.
  • Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 9 Mbps upload.
Preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume veterinary practice.
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines simultaneously.
  • Experience using EzyVet.
  • Experience using PetDesk Phones.
  • Previous remote work experience.
