Job Description

Onsite or Remote: Remote

  • Pension administration experience (not call center and not actuarial) ideally they have completed manual pension calculations, processed returned election forms for setting up payments, and loaded pension data into a system.
  • Implementation experience understands how to write good requirements for a system programmer, knows how to start with the deliverable and back up to make sure the steps align with the end-goal in mind
  • Testing experience knows how to test a system/application using standard testing principles creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all breakpoints, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data.
  • Project Manager experience for System Migration projects
  • Good verbal communication, asks effective questions, picks up things quickly

Must have:
Manual pension calculations, payment setup, and pension data entry/validation
Experience processing pension election forms and related administration tasks
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills for system implementations
Ability to design test plans, write detailed test cases, and cover edge/break-point scenarios
Skilled in mining data to create test scenarios not directly in sample datasets
Hands-on experience managing system migration projects end-to-end
Excellent verbal communication: able to ask clarifying questions and engage stakeholders effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with quick learning ability
