The company serves various healthcare specialties, including plastic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, fertility, and medical spas. PatientFi's mission is to expand patient access to elective healthcare treatments by removing the cost barrier and providing patients with a convenient payment option.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining, reviewing, enhancing and operationalizing PatientFi's compliance program
  • Provide support to prepare, maintain and renew US state licensing and corporate registration filings, and engage with state regulators
  • Respond to auditors, bank partners or other third parties in due diligence and compliance reviews
  • Administer processes to review and update company policies and procedures
  • Execute on compliance monitoring/testing activities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective, practical remediation solutions
  • Assist in administering compliance training programs
  • Provide primary support for the company's consumer complaint program and processes to ensure timely complaint responses and that related corrective actions are completed
  • Review consumer communications and marketing/advertising materials for regulatory compliance
  • Assist in implementing, administering, and enhancing the company's issues management program and tracking remediation efforts
  • Maintain a deep understanding of PatientFi's current and future product offerings, and state license portfolio, to provide practical advice on regulatory compliance issues
  • Assist in maintaining and continuously improving our compliance program
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years professional work in the financial services industry, or other highly regulated field
  • 2-3 years experience in fraud, risk management, compliance, or audit
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
