Lightbox Counselling and Psychotherapy Association is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote therapeutic services. This full-time position allows you to engage with clients in a supportive environment while working from the comfort of your home. As an LCSW with our team, you will focus on facilitating positive change for clients facing mental health challenges.

The position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in California. You will be part of a fully remote clinical and administrative support team, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, and potential couples/family therapy, using secure telehealth platforms, such as Zoom or Doxy.me, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in optional peer consultations and collaborative meetings, fostering a culture of shared learning and professional development.
• Work in partnership with other healthcare providers as needed, coordinating comprehensive care for clients.
• Promote a safe and welcoming virtual space for clients, facilitating a rapport built on trust and respect.

The clients you will serve include a diverse array of individuals and families, many of whom are navigating complexities related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Our commitment to accessibility means you will interact with clients from various backgrounds, including marginalized communities, and be instrumental in supporting their mental health journeys.

• Active LCSW license in California, with a requirement to reside in the state.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, including at least one year post-licensure.
• An understanding of teletherapy platforms, or a willingness to engage and learn quickly.
• A private, professional, HIPAA-compliant workspace to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.
• Strong clinical writing skills for effective documentation and client assessments.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.

• Specialized training in evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, or somatic therapies.
• Direct experience working with specific populations, including but not limited to LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, young adults, or neurodiverse clients, is advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
