Work EnvironmentThis position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while maintaining a structure similar to an in-office environment. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

- Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey.
- Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses comprehensive mental health needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance therapy effectiveness.

Qualifications- Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A masterโs degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is required.

- Exhibit empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles.
