• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate the needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on relevant topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and improving access to services within the community.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Your work will directly support a diverse patient community, many of whom may encounter challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Understanding the complexities of these conditions is vital. You will engage with patients on various levels, creating treatment plans that consider not only their mental health needs but also their social and environmental contexts.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by hospital patients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and foster relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models relevant to outpatient services.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, manage a varied caseload, and effectively prioritize clinical tasks.

• Experience in an outpatient setting, particularly within a hospital or integrated healthcare system, is highly desirable.
• Prior involvement in community outreach programs or mental health awareness campaigns is a plus.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and approaches tailored to different patient demographics.

• Annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
