• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose the mental health status of patients, utilizing the latest tools and methodologies including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, integrating cultural diversity and specific patient needs to foster effective healing.
• Monitor and evaluate each patient’s progress regularly, adjusting care strategies and employing appropriate therapeutic interventions to enhance mental health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the use of current technology for efficient documentation.
• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans, actively involving them in the care process to ensure alignment with their goals.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and referral agencies to enhance treatment options and support patient care, establishing robust networks to benefit patients.
• Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering an environment of learning and professional development within the team.
• Engage in peer reviews, clinical collaboration, and chart auditing under the direction of your clinical supervisor, contributing to the overall development of team members.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working with cancer patients or in a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions related to mental health.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
