• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based methods to gather information about each patient’s history and current condition.
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals, leveraging solution-focused therapy and other therapeutic modalities.
• Implement clinical interventions and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, therapists, and support staff, to create a cohesive treatment approach.
• Provide comprehensive education and resources to patients and their families, equipping them with essential coping strategies and support systems.
• Stay current with ongoing mental health research and advances in treatment methodologies to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. This diverse population requires a sensitive approach to address trauma and health disparities that may impact treatment effectiveness. You will play a key role in fostering trust and rapport with patients, significantly impacting their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is essential before starting the position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and an understanding of various therapeutic approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Problem-solving abilities to navigate clinical challenges and make informed treatment decisions.

• Previous experience in a detox or substance use treatment setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and digital documentation tools to maintain patient records efficiently.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
