This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering important mental health services via telehealth platforms. Operating within a structured schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, we also offer flexibility, recognizing the occasional need for evening or weekend appointments to accommodate our clients personally.

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Psychology Care Center, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients while cultivating therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics and boundaries.
• Regularly meeting with clients to assess progress, discuss treatment effectiveness, and facilitate smooth transitions during the discharge process.
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans that are focused on each client's unique needs, while adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments.
• Documenting and updating treatment records and notes accurately to ensure compliance and accountability in all client interactions.
• Conducting thorough intake assessments to gather critical information that informs the treatment process.
• Engaging in individual therapy sessions with clients, using evidence-based methodologies to foster healing and growth.
• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and relationships with fellow healthcare professionals.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Embracing a growth mindset that encourages continuous development and improvement in practice.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• An unrestricted, independent, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments effectively.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be viewed favorably:

• Experience in a telehealth setting, understanding the nuances of remote client engagement.
• Participation in interdisciplinary teams, contributing to integrated care models.

This position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our robust benefits package includes:
