• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and establish customized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to provide targeted counseling designed to help individuals overcome their challenges and achieve their personal goals.
• Regularly reevaluate clients' treatment plans and progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimize their chances of recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest research and methodologies in counseling to offer the most effective care to your clients.
• Engage with clients in a warm, supportive manner throughout each session, creating a safe space for open dialogue about their experiences.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed, including making referrals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Vital Edge Counseling Center, you will support a diverse population of clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. • A Master's degree in counseling or a related field is required.
• Possession of all state-mandated licenses to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy, to facilitate client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, helping them to open up about their concerns.
• A commitment to delivering customized treatment sessions that address each patient's unique circumstances and needs.
• A willingness to collaborate and refer clients to other healthcare providers as necessary for their holistic well-being.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based therapy.
• Experience working with a wide range of demographics, including but not limited to adolescents, adults, and families.
