This position is fully remote, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own spaces while accessing our community-centric health clinic's support and resources. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed assessments and tailored therapy sessions to clients, ensuring that their individual needs are met effectively and compassionately.
  • Complete all client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, within 24 hours of service delivery to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that take clients' unique circumstances into account, using evidence-based practices tailored to their specific needs.
  • Participate in team consultations and case reviews to optimize client care strategies and share insights with colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant client records in accordance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
