This position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining close ties with a collaborative team of mental health professionals. As part of our outpatient practice, you will engage with various stakeholders, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing established evaluation tools.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic interventions to address specific client needs, goals, and backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and group therapy techniques, to improve clients' mental health outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to align with evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring immediate and appropriate support is offered.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring documentation reflects client progress and treatment updates.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to develop comprehensive mental health care plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including supervision and interdisciplinary trainings, to enhance clinical skills and service efficacy.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices as outlined by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. By establishing a trusting relationship with clients, you will empower them to navigate their emotions, devise coping strategies, and achieve their goals for mental wellness.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and familiarity with treatment modalities suited for diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Compassionate approach to therapy, with a deep-seated commitment to improving the well-being of clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team setting.
• In-depth understanding of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and tools to effectively deliver services remotely.
• Demonstrated success in developing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions that yield measurable improvements.
