Join the team as Twilio's next Partner Marketing Specialist.

About the job

This position is needed to support the operational, logistical, and marketing enablement backbone of our partner marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will be the engine behind our partner programs, ensuring that lead data is processed accurately, marketing budgets are meticulously tracked, key events run flawlessly, and partners have the ready-to-use campaign materials they need to succeed.

This is an ideal role for someone with 3-4 years of marketing experience who loves data management, systems (like Salesforce and Tableau), event coordination, and supporting scalable marketing programs. If you are a proactive problem solver who thrives on keeping projects on track, assets organized, and data clean, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Data Operations Support
    • Lead Management: Own the end-to-end lead upload process for all partner-related campaigns and events, ensuring clean data formatting, proper tagging, and accurate partner attribution.
    • Data Hygiene: Routinely audit campaign member statuses and partner accounts to ensure data accuracy for executive leadership reporting.
  • Content and Asset Coordination
    • Toolkit Packaging: Coordinate the assembly, packaging, and distribution of global "campaign-in-a-box" kits that partners can easily execute independently.
    • Portal Management: Keep the self-service Partner Portal organized and up-to-date, ensuring assets are easily discoverable by our partner network.
    • Asset Support: Assist in reviewing partner-submitted, co-branded materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines before they are published.
  • Event Logistics Support
    • Partner Summit/Events Support: Serve as a core coordinator for our annual Partner Summit/PABs etc., managing project timelines, registration tracking, vendor communications, and on-site or virtual logistics.
  • Budget Tracking and Support:
    • Financial Administration: Support the global partner marketing budget processes, ensuring all purchase orders (POs) and vendor invoices are submitted, processed, and logged correctly.

Qualifications

Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

*Required:

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Event Coordination, or Partner/Channel Marketing support roles.
  • Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for building basic reports is highly desirable.
  • Excel/Data Skills: Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for formatting partner lead lists and tracking budgets.
  • Asset & Content Delivery: Experience organizing digital assets, managing shared drives, or updating a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform/CMS portal.
  • Event Logistics: Proven experience helping plan and execute corporate events, webinars, or large-scale internal/external meetings.
  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills-you are someone who gets energized by checklists, deadlines, and tidy data.
