Oracle Functional Consultant (Remote)
Agility 360 is seeking a Oracle Functional Consultant to support a major logistics and supply chain modernization initiative. This individual will play a key role in the transformation and implementation of a new Oracle Fusion Cloud solution, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to align business processes with Oracle best practices. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion experience, strong business process expertise, and a passion for driving enterprise transformation through out-of-the-box Oracle capabilities rather than customization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Analyze and document current-state ("As-Is") logistics, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and accountable property business processes.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/ERP capabilities.
  • Design and document future-state ("To-Be") business processes that leverage Oracle Fusion out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality and industry best practices.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications.
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, ERP, Logistics, Procurement, and related Oracle SaaS applications.
  • Recommend process improvements and advocate for standard Oracle solutions over customizations.
  • Support solution design, configuration reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Facilitate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Support data governance, data quality, compliance, security, auditability, and accountable property management requirements.
  • Analyze policies and procedures that may impact implementation and recommend process changes to support modernization objectives.
  • Participate in Agile or Lean-Agile project activities, including planning, requirements refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support organizational change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, ERP, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, or related modules.
  • Prior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience required.
  • Strong experience with business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and process re-engineering.
  • Experience gathering and managing functional requirements throughout a full implementation lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean-Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of standard Oracle functionality.
  • Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting federal, government, defense, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
  • Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance preferred.

Nice to Have
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certifications.
  • Experience supporting logistics modernization, supply chain transformation, or ERP modernization initiatives.
  • Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, or Manufacturing modules.
