InterSources Inc is a Small Business Enterprise specializing in IT Consulting and Staffing Solutions. They are seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Security professional to manage user access, implement security roles, and ensure compliance with security policies within Oracle ERP Cloud.
Responsibilities:
• Over 4 years of experience as Oracle ERP Cloud Administrator
• Experienced with Security Console in Oracle ERP Cloud
• Add and manage users, Provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business.
• Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security based on functional documents provided by project team.
• Build Custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement.
• Update and implement user security within Oracle ERP Cloud Security.
• Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles.
• Working experience on Oracle Cloud Security GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and Certified Consultant and developed Custom tools from scratch for Capturing SOD (Segregation of Duties) and SOX Compliance Violations.
• Have interacted closely with Finance Teams/ Audit firms to provide SOD conflict reports/ Audit reports/ Sensitive data access reports.
• Should have through understanding of security architecture of Oracle Cloud R13 and higher, Oracle EBS R12 (Role/Responsibility design, Data access, User maintenance and Personalization)
• Demonstrate Design effectiveness of IT and/or Business Process controls and Operating effectiveness of controls SOX Compliance, Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis and sensitive access (SA) analysis
• Understanding of Business Process cycles (Source to Settle; Revenue & Receivables, PLM, Record to Report).
• Support Issue resolution for defects raised by users and resolve them as per defined SLA
• Oversee access management of Oracle Cloud R13 and Oracle EBS R12 (i.e. user administration, access recertification)
• Support Internal audit and External Audit
• Understand Internal controls and compliance and how it relates to the overall audit
