Baer is looking for Oracle BPM/ADF Developer for a 12 month Federal Remote Project.
Title:
Oracle BPM/ADF Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
Seeking an experienced Oracle BPM/ADF Developer to support, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion Middleware applications. The role includes production support, defect resolution, application enhancements, deployments, and ensuring application stability.
Description:
  • Develop, maintain, and support Oracle ADF and Oracle BPM applications.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes.
  • Design and maintain ADF Business Components, Task Flows, and BPM processes.
  • Support application deployments, patches, upgrades, and release activities.
  • Customize Oracle WebCenter Portal pages and integrate enterprise content.
  • Develop SQL/PLSQL objects and optimize database performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver enhancements.
  • Manage incidents, change requests, and service tickets while meeting SLA requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Recommend improvements to application performance, reliability, and support processes.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Oracle ADF and Oracle BPM development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, and WebCenter Portal.
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with production support, incident management, and deployments.
  • Familiarity with Git/SVN and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, JIRA, Oracle IAM, and ADF Security.
  • Oracle ADF/BPM/Fusion Middleware certification is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated or government environments is preferred.
