About the Role
Vasquez Law Firm is seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist Remote (Puerto Rico) to join our growing remote sales team. This is a warm inbound sales role - no cold calling required. All leads have already requested information or assistance.
In this position, you will guide potential clients through important life decisions with empathy, confidence, and professionalism while helping them understand how our legal team can support their case. You will handle objections, maintain strong follow-up communication, and help convert qualified leads into retained clients.
This role is ideal for motivated closers who are disciplined, emotionally intelligent, results-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced law firm environment.
Law firm experience is highly preferred.
Compensation: $5,000+ USD per month or more through commissions and bonuses. Competitive hourly base pay plus upside commissions
Responsibilities
• Close warm inbound leads (no cold calling required)
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Handle objections effectively using strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
• Keep CRM records accurate, updated, and organized
• Collaborate closely with legal and intake teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain strong activity levels and engagement throughout scheduled working hours
• Provide an exceptional client experience from first contact through retention
Qualifications
Required
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proven sales experience, preferably in consultative or high-ticket sales
• Strong closing skills and objection-handling abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience
• Reliable high-speed internet, headset, and quiet home office setup

• Law firm, legal, or immigration sales experience
• Experience converting inbound leads
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
