This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you can effectively engage with patients. You will primarily interface with patients through telehealth platforms, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and electronic health records (EHRs) to maintain precise treatment records and facilitate seamless communication with other healthcare professionals. Monday to Friday, you will work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a consistent and structured environment for both you and your clients.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services tailored to the needs of patients struggling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to accurately gauge their mental health status and needs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical judgment.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Facilitate patient and family education regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering a supportive environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent throughout all treatment processes.

Your focus will primarily be on patients in a detox center, who may have complex mental health needs intertwined with substance use issues. This unique environment requires a nuanced understanding of how various mental health conditions co-exist and affect individuals undergoing detoxification. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build long-lasting therapeutic relationships with patients, guiding them through their recovery journey with compassion and professionalism.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential for this role.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services to diverse patient populations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals alike.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough assessments and formulating evidence-based treatment plans.
• Comfortable working with electronic health records (EHRs) to manage patient information and coordinate care effectively.
• A deep understanding of mental health conditions, particularly in the context of detox, and the challenges faced by this patient population.
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards within the field.

• Experience working in detox or substance abuse treatment settings is highly desired.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and online treatment methodologies.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or educational programs concerning mental health awareness.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
