Job description

Job Title: Assistant OperatorJob Description

In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure you are set up for success. You will engage in various tasks, including gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, ensuring the quality of finished products, and gaining a continuous understanding of the manufacturing process. Expect to collaborate frequently as you will be working in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals, learning how to perform daily manufacturing roles effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Gather materials and move them to and from the production line.
  • Ensure the quality of finished products.
  • Engage in continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor machine operations.
Essential Skills
  • Experience operating machinery.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Ability to be a team player, involving a lot of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Must have a high school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working off a work order.
  • Experience in any type of industrial environment.

The base pay for an Assistant Operator is $19.52, with 2nd shift earning $20.92 and 3rd shift $21.52. This environment is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on teamwork and skill development.
