This position is 100% remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office environment and team. You will be using a robust electronic medical records system to track patient progress and streamline operations. • Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations in accordance with the DSM V, ensuring accurate diagnosis.
• Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating standardized guidelines, addressing the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapeutic interventions during sessions.
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high-quality care standards.
• Collaborate with community professionals to create cross-system treatment plans that enhance client support.
• Assess and respond to crisis situations, delivering timely and effective interventions to patients in need.
• Facilitate training and educational sessions on clinical topics for staff members and the broader community.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments, including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, to guide initial treatment decisions.

This role focuses on serving diverse populations, with particular emphasis on supporting mothers and families disproportionately affected by mental health challenges. You will work with clients who may have complex mental health diagnoses, integrating care with cultural competency to create safe and supportive therapeutic environments. By addressing the whole system of care, you will play a vital role in improving client outcomes.

• A master's or doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An active, independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Oregon or the state of residency is required.
• Strong skills in managing a large caseload, coupled with effective collaboration with larger healthcare providers and support teams.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and communication tools for efficient clinical operations.
• In-depth understanding of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.
• A demonstrable passion for making a positive impact in behavioral health care, particularly within underserved communities.

• Previous experience in providing mental health services to diverse populations, with training in evidence-based practices being highly valued.
• Familiarity with community resources and programs conducive to holistic client care.
• Experience in crisis intervention and high-stress therapeutic environments would be an asset.
