Job description

BOOST is a small (~50 employee), high-growth government contractor (GovCon) services and SaaS consulting business. Acquired by the Brydon Group private equity firm in December of 2025, BOOST is at an exciting inflection point in its growth trajectory, and we are looking for high-achieving, energetic individuals to accelerate our go-to-market motion.

About the role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Specialist to help power the engine behind our go-to-market teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves clean data, tight processes, and turning messy CRM inputs into reliable insights that Sales, Marketing, and Leadership can trust.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure revenue data is accurate, actionable, and scalable as the business grows so teams can focus on closing deals instead of fixing reports.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, or Sales Ops who wants real ownership and room to grow.

What you’ll do

  • Own HubSpot CRM hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals
  • Manage and support sales pipelines, stages, and deal accuracy
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports used by Sales and Leadership
  • Monitor funnel performance (conversion rates, pipeline coverage, deal velocity)
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on process improvements and campaign tracking
  • Help document and scale revenue processes as the business grows

What we’re looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Advanced HubSpot experience (power user level): reporting, pipelines, workflows, data structure
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipelines, and CRM best practices
  • High attention to detail with a bias toward data accuracy and consistency
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Authorized for work in the US

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or Operations Hub)
  • Experience supporting forecasting or revenue planning
  • Familiarity with basic SQL, spreadsheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in a high-growth or scrappy environment

Why This Role is a Great Opportunity

  • High-impact role with visibility across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Exposure to high-growth M&A environment
  • Experience influencing CRM/CMS implementation and adoption
  • Opportunity to grow into Senior RevOps, Analytics, or Systems roles
  • Hands-on ownership of core revenue infrastructure
  • Learn how real revenue engines scale—not just theory

Why This Role is a Great Opportunity

  • $65,000–$75,000 base
  • Competitive benefits package
  • Flexible work environment
  • Clear growth path as the company scales
