• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to draft tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges and set achievable goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, to promote client well-being and facilitate meaningful recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that client information is handled with the utmost integrity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals and fellow therapists, for comprehensive client care and to devise holistic recovery strategies.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about the therapy process and available resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in treatment.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client care.

Our detox center serves a diverse population seeking support for substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the aftereffects of trauma. As an LICSW, you will work closely with individuals from various backgrounds, providing a safe space for healing and recovery. Understanding and being attuned to the unique needs of our clientele is crucial in helping them regain control of their lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State is mandatory for this role.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a particular emphasis on substance use and trauma recovery.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and other evidence-based modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with other professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working in a detox or addiction recovery center is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth tools to manage client records and conduct virtual sessions.
• Training in trauma-informed care approaches is an asset.
