The Role

As Senior Manager, Order Management Program Operations, you will be the driving force behind translating Order Management strategy into coordinated, value-driven execution across complex transformation programs. You'll serve as the integrative layer across strategy, delivery, analytics, quality planning, and change enablement-ensuring initiatives are delivered in alignment with the target operating model, measurable business outcomes, and enterprise readiness expectations. Your leadership will bring structure and clarity to multiple programs and workstreams, connecting business intent to operational impact and safeguarding value realization. This role is pivotal in strengthening program discipline and ensuring transformation efforts translate into sustained operational improvement across Deckers.

Your Impact

  • Align Order Management initiatives to the target operating model, business capabilities, and value streams, resolving gaps and driving strategic outcomes
  • Lead development and governance of business use cases and value frameworks, partnering with analytics to define, measure, and communicate value realization
  • Partner with Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure initiatives are execution-ready, outcome-driven, and aligned to value, readiness, and adoption milestones
  • Coordinate quality planning and testing strategy with enterprise QA, aligning resources, timing, and coverage to program milestones and business risk
  • Own program-level communications and orchestrate change enablement, supporting readiness, training, and adoption across the enterprise
  • Serve as an integration point across delivery, analytics, QA, and change teams, driving consistency and maturity in program standards, templates, and operating rhythms
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to readiness, adoption, quality, or value leakage, ensuring transparency and stakeholder understanding

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification; relevant change management and agile/product management certifications
  • 10+ years of experience in program operations, business operations, transformation, or enterprise delivery roles
  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives spanning business and technology environments
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into structured, executable plans
  • Strong grasp of hybrid delivery methodologies (agile, waterfall, product-centric approaches) and adaptability to evolving needs
  • Experience aligning cross-functional teams around shared outcomes without direct authority
  • Ability to connect operating model, design, value realization, execution planning, and readiness into a cohesive framework
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to identify interdependencies across work streams
  • Experience navigating matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Proactive risk identification related to adoption, quality, and value realization
  • Strong executive communication and facilitation capabilities

$140,000 - $150,000/annually

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
