• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Detection, AI, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Architecture.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI-assisted decision-making, and operational simplification.

• Translate frontline operational knowledge into product requirements, automation opportunities, and scalable systems.
• Support pre-sale and post-sale customer conversations around Doppel's operational model, automation strategy, workflows, labeling methodologies, and efficiency roadmap.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience as an operational leader.
• Experience building and scaling operational programs.
• Experience with labeling, workflow operations, quality assurance, alert triage, queue management, escalation handling, or operational decision-making.
• Ability to work across Operations, Product, Engineering, Detection, AI, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Architecture.
• Ability to operate in both operational and technical environments.
• Ability to engage with executive customers and both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and operational rigor.
Why Join Doppel
  • Meaningful equity so you share in Doppel's success
  • Remote first culture with flexibility built in
  • Flexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, parental leave, and more
  • A high growth environment where your work has immediate impact and visibility
