• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics to foster positive working relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and facilitate discharge as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with their unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client to track their journey and inform future sessions.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' backgrounds, mental health status, and treatment needs.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their specific situations.
• Participate in individual supervision and professional development opportunities that contribute to continuous learning and growth.
• Work in partnership with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

This role involves working with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.
• Minimum one year of professional clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficient in technology and comfortable utilizing software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.
• Skilled in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Experience performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and foster a safe therapeutic environment.
• Experience working in a collaborative care model, integrating services across disciplines.
• Familiarity with diverse diagnoses and treatment approaches, including knowledge of current best practices in mental health counseling.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, enabling financial stability for our clinicians.
