Job description

Position Summary

If you are an energetic and results-driven sales professional looking for an exciting, fast-paced remote environment, we encourage you to join the Sanofi Thyrogen Program team. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will manage an assigned territory and engage healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls to support awareness and utilization of Thyrogen (thyrotropin alfa for injection).

The ISR will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff, including Physicians, Endocrinologists, Nuclear Medicine Specialists, Nurses, Medical Assistants, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other key decision-makers involved in the treatment journey of thyroid cancer patients.

The primary objective is to provide accurate product education, support patient access initiatives, and positively influence appropriate utilization of Thyrogen while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.

Additionally, the ISR may support lead generation activities, appointment setting, virtual educational programs, and other sales and marketing initiatives aligned with the Thyrogen franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an assigned territory through strategic outbound and inbound customer engagement.
  • Deliver approved Thyrogen product messaging to healthcare professionals in a compliant and professional manner.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within targeted healthcare practices and institutions.
  • Educate healthcare providers on product indications, administration, patient support resources, and access programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Veeva.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed territory activity and performance objectives.
  • Support the execution of virtual programs, lunch-and-learns, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with field sales, market access, patient services, and cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
  • Analyze territory trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for increased engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to all Sanofi, FDA, industry, and compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales, pharmaceutical sales support, B2B sales, or account management experience.
  • Experience managing a territory and developing customer relationships.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex clinical and product information to healthcare professionals.
  • Experience documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across various systems and platforms.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Dedicated, private home office workspace required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences sales experience.
  • Experience supporting specialty products, endocrinology, oncology, or rare disease therapies.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with virtual customer engagement and digital promotion.
  • Understanding of reimbursement, patient support services, and healthcare access processes.

The potential base pay range for this role is 28.00-$30.00 per hour.
