At BenefitHub, our commitment is to offer employee perks and voluntary benefits that give real value to employees, focusing on enhancing the quality of their daily lives. We continuously strive to add unique and exciting values to the offers available to our members, partnering with a diverse range of global brands to achieve this.

This role provides a unique opportunity to become part of one of the fastest-growing benefits technology companies in the US, with expanding influence globally. Join our mission to improve the daily life of millions by providing access to the world’s largest selection of personally relevant benefits. By contributing to our goal of becoming the most widely used benefits platform, you will be enhancing the lives of millions of people around the globe.

BenefitHub does not currently offer H-1B Sponsorship

Position Summary:

We're looking for a results driven, relationship-first Account Executive to grow our footprint within the loyalty, membership and association market. Our platform delivers member benefits, discounts, and perks as a SaaS subscription, and this role is focused on selling into associations, chambers of commerce, unions, and membership-based organizations who want to offer exclusive perks programs as a value-add to their members.

You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting association executives and membership directors to closing annual or multi-year subscription agreements — and play a key role in expanding our presence in a high-growth, underserved vertical.

What You'll Do:

  • Own a full-cycle sales pipeline: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Sell our perks/discounts SaaS subscription to associations, professional societies, chambers of commerce, unions, and membership organizations
  • Sell API and integrated product solutions, positioning technical integrations alongside the core subscription to expand deal value and deepen platform adoption
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Executive Directors, VPs of Membership, and Member Experience leaders
  • Develop a deep understanding of each association's membership base to position perks programs as a member-acquisition and retention tool
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the association/membership use case (member value, renewal rates, non-dues revenue)
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures, including tiered or per-member subscription models
  • Collaborate with Legal, Implementation, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and to drive expansion/upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Represent the company at association industry conferences and trade shows (e.g., ASAE, association management events)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of quota attainment
  • Experience selling to associations, nonprofits, membership organizations, or in the employee benefits/HR tech space strongly preferred
  • Comfortable selling subscription-based, recurring revenue models with multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Comfortable selling ARR packages up to $100K in value
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills — able to connect perks/benefits programs to member retention, engagement, and non-dues revenue goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience with CRM tools ( HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and similar)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences and in-person meetings

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network within the association management (AMC), chamber of commerce, or union space
  • Familiarity with non-dues revenue strategies and member value proposition development
  • Experience selling into  associations, chambers of commerce, unions, and membership-based organizations

BenefitHub is proud to offer highly competitive salaries along with a very generous perks & benefits package for full-time Team Members:

  • Medical, Vision, and Dental (Employer paid 75% of monthly contributions)
  • The chance to sell a product that directly improves member lives
  • Domestic Partner Coverage for all insurance plans
  • 100% employer-paid Life Insurance
  • 401(K) retirement plan options (including employer contribution)
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Generous Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave Policies
  • 11 Holidays (Including office closed day after Thanksgiving)
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Flexible work schedules
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Remote-friendly work arrangements
  • Employee discount program
  • Flexible Spending Account program
  • Voluntary Benefit Programs (STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Accident)
