• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, directing the treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that align with clients’ goals, ensuring they have the resources and support necessary for growth.
• Actively advocate for clients' rights, promoting equitable access to essential resources and addressing social justice issues that impact their lives.
• Contribute to program development, consistently evaluating service effectiveness and participating in grant reporting to secure funding for ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities, fostering a collaborative environment that supports continuous learning.

This role will focus on serving diverse populations in Colorado Springs, providing vital support to individuals and families facing issues related to mental health, substance use, and socio-economic challenges. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, including marginalized communities, allowing you to practice empathy and cultural sensitivity in your approach. Your work will directly impact client outcomes, helping them navigate challenges effectively and lead healthier lives.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• Strong experience related to trauma-informed care, with an understanding of the unique issues faced by our client population.
• Demonstrated knowledge of advocacy, social justice, and community resources is essential.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills are vital for success in this position.

• Prior experience working in nonprofit organizations or similar settings is preferred, providing insights into community partnership building.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and case management software to maintain accurate records and communication.
• Experience in program development, including evaluation strategies to assess client outcomes, is an advantage.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, along with a sign-on bonus.
