What are remote NFL teams?

Remote NFL teams refer to groups of professionals who work for National Football League (NFL) organizations but do so from locations outside the team's primary offices or stadiums. These roles can include jobs in marketing, analytics, customer service, content creation, IT, and more, all performed remotely. With the rise of remote work, many NFL teams now offer flexible work arrangements to attract talent from across the country. Remote positions allow employees to contribute to the team's success without relocating, making these jobs more accessible to a wider range of candidates.

How do remote roles with NFL teams typically collaborate with on-site staff and ensure effective communication?

Remote professionals working with NFL teams often use a combination of video conferencing, project management tools, and instant messaging to maintain seamless communication with on-site colleagues. Regular virtual meetings—sometimes daily—help align remote and in-person staff on ongoing projects, game-day preparations, and organizational goals. Many teams also set up shared digital workspaces for collaborative planning, document sharing, and real-time updates, ensuring everyone stays informed and connected despite geographic distance.

Job description

Senior Product Manager, Ticketing - Resale/Secondary Marketplace
Remote (East Coast preferred) | Contract-to-Hire
Overview
We're the official marketplace for some of the world's most iconic live events. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our resale and secondary marketplace product for large-scale US based sporting events
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of consumer experience, partner integrations, and live event commerce. You'll own the product vision and execution for our resale business
We're moving fast - ideally looking to have someone in the seat in the immediate timeframe.
What You'll Own
  • Lead product strategy and execution for our resale/secondary marketplace
  • Drive consumer-facing resale experiences across web and mobile, with a focus on conversion and engagement
  • Own the resale product roadmap for our NFL partnership and the LA 2028 Olympics hospitality platform
  • Define and ship features that improve inventory ranking, pricing, and discovery
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product at pace
  • Work with API integrations across ticketing supply partners and distribution channels
  • Identify and build AI-powered product capabilities to improve buyer and seller experiences

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing ticketing, with deep expertise in secondary/resale marketplaces
  • Hands-on experience at one or more of major secondary ticketing companies
  • Strong technical aptitude - you've worked directly with engineering teams, understand APIs, and can go deep on system design tradeoffs
  • Experience building or shipping AI-powered product features
  • B2C product background with a proven track record driving revenue through resale marketplace optimization
  • East Coast based (or willing to operate on East Coast hours)
  • Startup mentality: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to move fast with limited resources

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in UX or user experience design
  • Role would not be launching a net new product, but driving/facilitating existing secondary ticketing products
  • Track record of driving revenue through inventory curation, merchandising, or pricing strategies
