Position Summary
Radiology Associates of Florida is excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Neuroradiologist to join our expending remote division. This role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with typical day shift hours, and participation in our monthly tumor board conference series an average of once a month. We have crafted this role to have the convenience of a teleradiologist position with the stability, teamwork and quality of a premier hybrid academic-private practice. There is also a $50K Commencement Bonus! While you will have the convenience of working from home, you will develop a relationship with your referring physicians and radiologist colleagues as you service a limited set of clients rather than a sprawling network across multiple time zones. This team of radiologists will work together, so no single radiologist will be working without support.
This role will require a neuroradiologist who is comfortable handling a diverse range of cases, with approximately 70% of clinical reads focused on neuroradiology. This role will provide expert analysis and support for emergency and general diagnostic imaging, as well as collaborating with neurosurgeons to review and interpret imaging related to pre-operative planning, intra-operative assessments, and post-operative evaluations and well as analyzing neuroimaging studies for oncology patients, including tumor detection, staging, and monitoring of treatment response.
We enjoy a state-of-the-art unified PACS software suite that aggregates all of our sites onto one smart worklist, which distributes cases intelligently based on your workload and areas of expertise. Built into PACS are convenient collaboration tools that make it as easy to share cases and consult with colleagues remotely as it would be in a communal reading room. There are also built-in communication tools to reach our 24/7 radiology assistant concierges and IT support, minimizing your need to pick up the phone. We also have a growing suite of artificial intelligence support tools to automatically handle repetitive tasks like searching for evidence-based guidelines, and free access to point-of-care decision support solutions.
We offer competitive pay with bonus opportunities and abundant 100%-voluntary per-click moonlighting on your off weeks. Expect a full suite of benefits and pre-tax salary deductions for education and business expenses. Our dedicated staff will handle all licensing and credentialing needs.
