• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and understand each client’s mental health needs, ensuring individualized treatment plans that foster personal growth.

• Provide evidence-based therapy through secure virtual platforms, including video conferencing and messaging, allowing clients to engage in therapy from the privacy of their own homes.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and offer continuous support, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving client needs.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to accommodate various client preferences and ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and timely records of client interactions and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• A high degree of empathy and compassion, allowing you to understand and address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage client appointments and documentation remotely.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities tailored for specific client populations.

• Experience working with underserved communities or in diverse cultural settings.
