• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges; tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans, including specific goals, interventions, and mechanisms for progress monitoring to track client achievements.
• Provide compassionate counseling and support for individuals and families facing a range of life challenges, from crisis intervention to long-term therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and connect them with appropriate community resources, aiding them in overcoming barriers to access essential services.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessment and safety planning when necessary, ensuring the well-being of all clients.
• Work in conjunction with community organizations to coordinate services effectively, advocating on behalf of clients to streamline their access to necessary support.
• Engage with the community through outreach initiatives to promote awareness of services, aiming to reduce stigma and enhance community engagement.
• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to continuously improve service delivery and professional skills.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily work with vulnerable populations within the Denver area. This includes individuals and families dealing with a variety of hardships such as economic instability, mental health challenges, and social injustices. Your empathetic approach and specialized training will allow you to bring about meaningful change in their lives by providing tailored support and guidance.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory, equipping you with the foundational skills and knowledge essential for effective practice.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to ensure adherence to ethical practices and state regulations.
