Description Summary: The Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible is responsible for delivering technical value and solutions as a cybersecurity engineer, internal security investigator, data protection analyst, cybersecurity application security analyst, other cybersecurity technology role after their initial completion of the Elevate Program. Duties and Responsibilities: Work alongside an experienced member of the team to gain a better understanding of their role. Participate in all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo/Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement as needed.

Participate in team's rotational 24x7 on-call support. Cybersecurity Network Engineer Duties and Responsibilities: Enhances distributed models to maintain the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of enterprise data and information systems. Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers to support security initiatives, to increase solution adoption rates, and to perform incident response.

Maintains the effectiveness of security tools and technologies throughout an enterprise environment. Evaluate, design, and implement security related solutions, adhering to established change control processes. Cybersecurity CSOC Engineer Duties and Responsibilities: Develops customized dashboards for operations, security, and management teams.

Integrates existing automation, application, and monitoring systems. Partners with security, development, and infrastructure teams to facilitate onboarding services for SIEM or Automation and Orchestration platforms. Works with senior analysts to analyze and identify malicious activity during the various attack stages and present findings back to Cybersecurity Operations team.

Cybersecurity Data Protection Analyst Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor output of data protection technology to ensure effective operation and respond to events following standard operating procedures. Support the operation of assigned data protection technologies. Generate and publish data protection metrics.

Vet and fulfill requests for exceptions to security policies and standards. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 0 to 2 years of experience in cybersecurity role or transferrable skills through coursework, internships, or work experience in lieu of participation in the Elevate Program.

Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of Waterfall or Agile delivery through coursework, internships, or work experience. Technical writing capabilities with strong attention to detail. Business and Technology aptitude with the ability to learn the processes, procedures, technologies, and platforms associated with their role.

Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with team members and colleagues. Highly motivated with good organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations. Ability to build credibility and strong partnerships while working collaboratively within their team and segment. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and execute in a high-pressure environment.

Ability to address conflict professionally and respectfully.
