Network Engineer

Location: Mayfield Heights, OH

Duration: 12 months plus

Provide Level3 level of Network and Service Assurance support Wireless LAN network based on Cisco 5500 and Cisco Meraki (Both Physical WLC and Cloud Based)

Supporting Assurance Function of a Large Enterprise Network in configuring, troubleshooting of wireless network. Troubleshooting LAN/WAN Network in conjunction with Wireless LAN network for end to end investigation.

Deep knowledge on various IP Routing Protocols and its application

Strong hands on of Routing Switching pertaining to Cisco Network.

Wireless LAN deep exposure on Cisco Meraki Wifi6 platform.

Ability to resolve complex network issues on Cisco Wireless network.

Ability to execute change management activities for enterprise sites

Adhere to all assurance Service SLAs

Working directly with OEMs.

Identify and plan for remediation of network chronic issues; continuous improvement.

Experience of working with Field Engineer in resolving the trouble tickets

Support 24x7 network operations including that on weekends and national holidays
