Daily Vibe Psychotherapy Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a remote position, you will work through a fully secure telehealth platform that facilitates virtual meetings with clients. Our team employs advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring that all client information is carefully documented and easily accessible. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual consultations, taking into account their emotional, psychological, and social challenges.
• Create customized treatment plans focusing on therapeutic goals and evidence-based interventions catered to individual client needs.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing clients with coping skills, strategies, and resources to overcome their mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support staff, to refer clients as needed, enhancing their overall treatment experience.
• Utilize clinical best practices to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

You will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Given the remote nature of our practice, your clients may come from varied backgrounds and geographies, enriching your experience and enhancing your therapeutic skills. We believe in a culturally responsive approach to treatment, aiming to recognize and address the unique experiences and challenges faced by each client.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of treatment modalities, including individual and group therapy techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and remote consultation tools.
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and adherence to all applicable mental health regulations.

• Experience in providing culturally inclusive therapy and crisis intervention.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote client engagement strategies.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
