Balance and Bliss Counseling is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our mission of providing comprehensive outpatient counseling services. This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. As an outpatient practice, you will engage with clients through secure online platforms, ensuring they receive the care they need from the comfort of their homes.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying their unique challenges and goals.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's assessment results and actively involve them in the planning process.
• Lead individual therapy sessions addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts.
• Facilitate couples counseling sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and enhancing relational satisfaction.
• Regularly review treatment plans to monitor client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments in a timely manner to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to offer holistic care across varying client circumstances.
• Conduct crisis interventions and provide immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain updated knowledge of emerging practices and research in marriage and family therapy, attending workshops and training sessions.
• Champion ethical practices, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to legal guidelines in therapy.
• Empower clients in their treatment journey, providing resources and referrals to additional services when necessary.
• Advocate for self-care and personal well-being, both for clients and yourself, fostering a resilient therapeutic relationship.

The diverse clientele at Balance and Bliss Counseling includes children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Therapists play a pivotal role in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, from developmental challenges in young clients to complex relational dynamics in adult couples. Our approach is holistic, focusing on not only the immediate therapeutic needs but also the overall well-being of our clients as they navigate life's challenges.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and/or couples, showcasing a breadth of expertise.
• Familiarity with working with varied age groups, particularly children and adolescents, is highly preferred.

• Competence in completing thorough assessments, progress notes, and formulating treatment plans within stipulated timeframes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience in delivering therapy through telehealth platforms, ensuring a secure and confidential virtual environment for clients.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
