This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Pricing, Commercial Finance & E-Commerce is a strategic leader responsible for managing comprehensive pricing strategies across multiple omni-channel platforms-including brick-and-mortar, 1P, 3P, DTC, and TikTok-for the Nature Made brand. This role is also responsible for commercial finance activities for key strategic customers, including Amazon, Walmart, and 3P e-commerce marketplaces-to support profitable growth, commercial excellence, and strategic pricing decisions.This leader brings strong financial acumen, deep commercial insight, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.RESPONSIBILITIESPricing Strategy & Governance:Execute enterprise-wide Nature Made pricing and go to market strategy across complex omni-channel environment, product segments, and customers. Develop pricing governance frameworks, guardrails, and approval processes to ensure disciplined, profitable decision-makingLead price elasticity analysis, competitive benchmarking, and margin optimization initiatives. Creates models, conducts research, and analyzes actual business performance against targets in the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and Forecasts as applicable. Quantifies opportunities and risks and recommends alternatives. Amazon & Walmart Commercial Finance Support:Serve as the strategic finance partner for the Amazon and Walmart account teams.Build and manage customer specific pricing models, promotional ROI analyses, and profitability assessments.Support Joint Business Planning (JBPs), long term negotiation strategies, and annual agreements.Provide guidance on key account dynamics including: Retail media investments, Trade spend optimization,1P vs 3P considerations and Cost-to-serve3P E-Commerce Strategy & Support:Lead financial and pricing strategy for 3P marketplaces (e.g., Amazon 3P, Walmart Marketplace, other third-party channels).Drive decision-making on assortment, listings, promotions, and long-term marketplace strategy.Analyze profitability, item economics, and pricing competitiveness across marketplaces.Partner with e-commerce operations to evaluate fees, fulfillment costs, logistics strategies, and opportunities to improve contribution margin.Monitor and report on 3P performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies.Commercial Finance Leadership:Provide financial guidance and decision support to the commercial and sales organization.Create and maintain financial models for pricing, promotions, trade investments, and long-term contract evaluation.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Innovation Teams to ensure alignment in pricing and channel strategies.Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on pricing transformation, commercial simplification, and profitability enhancement.Present insights, implications, and recommendations to executive leadership.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.8-10 years of progressive experience in Pricing, Finance, or Strategy.Strong understanding and experience with omni-channel and e-commerce business models, including direct experience with Amazon, 1P & 3P marketplaces.Requires deep understanding of economics for each go-to-market option to recommend appropriate strategies to optimize profitability and performance of our brands.Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and decision-support skillsProven ability to influence senior leadership and support major customer negotiations.Excellent communication and executive-ready presentation skills.Familiarity with pricing technology, AI/BI tools and ERP/CRM systems.Leadership experience managing teams or complex workstreams.OUR OFFERHere, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist -- you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $159,000 - $265,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.
