• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Assess and evaluate clients’ mental health status, creating personalized and effective treatment plans that reflect their goals and progress.
• Regularly review and revise treatment plans, providing feedback and adjustments based on each client's ongoing development.
• Document all client interactions meticulously in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with a remote multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care provided, sharing insights and strategies for effective interventions.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will engage with clients of all ages in a school setting, emphasizing educational and developmental support for students facing mental health difficulties. Your commitment to culturally competent care will help create an inclusive environment where all clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LICSW license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting, focusing on individual and group therapy.
• Strong proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment planning, and applying therapeutic interventions.
• A commitment to ethical practices and a keen awareness of culturally responsive approaches in therapy.

• Experience working in a remote setting.
• Exposure to school-based counseling or educational environments.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms for delivering care.
