Bradford Care Clinic is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a full-time position in a remote school setting. Working from home, you will leverage technology to conduct assessments, provide therapy, and engage in telehealth solutions that meet our clients where they are in their mental health journeys. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health and identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Implement evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates, including psychiatrists and nurses, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach.
• Educate students and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering informed decision-making.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing structured therapeutic modalities to enhance engagement.
• Develop and document treatment plans that align with the goals and preferences of students, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Assist students in navigating complex mental health systems, advocating for their rights, and connecting with external resources.
• Organize and lead psychoeducation sessions, therapeutic groups, and discharge planning meetings to facilitate holistic care.

You will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school environment, addressing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your interventions will help empower these individuals to thrive academically and socially, and you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages open dialogue about mental health.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with experience in crisis intervention.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
• Experience with remote therapy practices and telehealth technologies.

• Prior experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with special education processes and collaboration with school staff is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage in integrated care approaches.
