In this remote role, you will work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a supportive team of mental health professionals. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques to effectively address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a remote multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management and share insights that enhance client outcomes.
• Stay informed about current best practices in mental health therapy, including emerging teletherapy methodologies and techniques.

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your clients may include adolescents managing the complexities of growing up, adults navigating life transitions, and families striving to improve interpersonal relationships. Your compassionate and understanding approach will be essential in fostering a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic theories and techniques, with the ability to apply them in a virtual setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teletherapy best practices.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in counseling or mental health settings, preferably in a telehealth capacity.
• Experience working with diverse populations and demonstrated cultural competence in mental health care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools that facilitate remote patient care.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
