Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects throughout long and varied sales cycles, using value-driven outreach to advance opportunities and re-engage stalled deals. Ensure accurate opportunity scoping, documentation, and internal handoff to operations and delivery teams to support smooth client onboarding and successful service transition.

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity reporting, using data to prioritize efforts, improve conversion, and support revenue planning. Experience selling to business owners, C-level executives, operations leaders, and IT directors in small-to-mid-sized organizations ranging from 50-2,000 employees.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build ROI-driven business cases for prospects evaluating outsourced IT and security. Demonstrated consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover business needs, align technical solutions to outcomes, and communicate value to executive stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (ConnectWise, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce, or similar).
