Position Summary

ControlByNet is seeking qualified Monitoring Specialists to join their rapidly growing team. This position is on-site in Norcross, GA and operating hours are from 8:00 pm – 9:00 am. 7 days a week. 8-hour shifts.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor live streaming of surveillance cameras for suspicious activity
  • Identify patterns and abnormalities
  • Respond to camera alerts using established protocols
  • Alert local authorities and/or organizations of critical incidents
  • Review archived camera footage
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.


 Experience

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Positive, professional demeanor
  • Must be detail-oriented, focused, and reliable
  • Ability to multi-task while still meeting service expectations
  • Previous experience in security or remote monitoring is a plus
