You will be working remotely, which allows you to manage your schedule effectively while maintaining a strong work-life balance. • Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions with clients via our online platform, ensuring a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for growth and healing.
• Assess individual client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans targeting their specific mental health goals, continually adapting these plans based on progress.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, implementing necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our clinic to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Stay current on industry best practices and adhere to ethical guidelines in all aspects of mental health service delivery.

Your clients will range from children to adults and will present with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize a client-centered approach, valuing their individuality and aspirations while navigating their mental health challenges. Your expertise will not only support their healing journey but also contribute toward building resilience and personal growth.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proven experience providing individual therapy to diverse populations.
• Competency in using technology for teletherapy and remote service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Prior experience in a fully remote work setting is a plus.
