• Onboardnewcustomersandcreatecustomworkflowstailoredtotheneedsofeachoffice
• TrainnewcliniciansanddentalteamstousetheDentalMonitoringsuiteofsolutions
• NurtureexistingcustomerssotheymaximizethebenefitsoftheDentalMonitoringArtificialIntelligencetechnologyanddashboard
• Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomerssotheycontinuetouse,endorse,andadvocatefortheDentalMonitoringbrandandproducts
• ActasatechnicalbridgebetweencustomersandtheDentalMonitoringplatform
• Supportandattendlocaltradeshows
• Collaborateandcommunicatewithregionalsalesmanagers,customersuccess,insidesales,andsalesrepresentativestoensurethebestonboardingexperience
• Influencedoctorsandstafftoadoptnewprotocolswhileaddressinganyhesitationsaboutadoptingdisruptivetechnology
• Travelupto35%overnighttraveltotrainandupto70% in-person office implementation support (Ohio / Pennsylvania)
• Serveastheregionalleadforescalatedimplementationchallengeswithoffices
• Sharebestpracticeswithfellowcolleagues
• Providemarketsurveillanceinsightstomanagementandmarketingteams

Youwillbesuccessfulinthisroleif

• 5+yearsofdentalandorthodonticexperienceorequivalentdegree
• 3+yearsofconsultativeexperience
• 2+ years of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent experience)
• Aclearunderstandingoftheconceptual/consultativesellingapproach
• Consultative, training, and implementation experience
• Theabilitytobuildandmaintainpositivemutualpartnershipswithinternalandexternalcustomers
• Enthusiastic,independentworker,criticalthinker,excellentcommunicationandtimemanagementskills
• Strongorganizationalskills
• ExpertuserofSalesForce
