Job description

My client is a leader in hemostasis diagnostics, and they are looking for a clinical expert who can bridge the lab and the customer. This role puts you at the center of implementation, training, and ongoing clinical partnership across a defined territory - doing work that directly improves lab performance and patient outcomes.

Why you should apply

  • Deep clinical ownership - you are the subject-matter expert, not a support ticket handler
  • Work with a globally recognized portfolio in coagulation testing
  • Remote role with a defined territory and flexibility in how you manage your schedule
  • $75,000 - $90,000 base salary + 16% bonus potential
  • Company car or car allowance plus full benefits

What you'll be doing

  • Guide customers through method verification, validation, and implementation using CLSI standards
  • Deliver operator training at all competency levels, on-site and remote
  • Provide clinical expertise on hemostasis workflows - PT/INR, aPTT, Anti-Xa, D-Dimer, fibrinogen, and specialty assays
  • Troubleshoot application issues and own follow-through until resolution
  • Support LIS/middleware integration and promote digital tools that reduce manual intervention
  • Partner with sales on demos, business reviews, and pre-sale activities

About you

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • MT(ASCP) certified or equivalent, with coagulation experience
  • Solid working knowledge of CLSI validation protocols, QC/Westgard rules, and CAP/CLIA compliance
  • Comfortable with 80%+ travel, including overnight and occasional short-notice air travel
  • Valid driver's license required; passport preferred
  • Columbus or Cleveland, Ohio preferred
